The key to this product working is that you actually get a set that doesn’t have damaged parts that don’t fit together. I’ve ordered this twice now and each time one of the two chairs is damaged. The back does not fit into the chair seat, the metal is warped and doesn’t line up. This is extremely disappointing because the phone number in the description is for a company doesn’t actually produce this product, so there is no way to get replacement parts. I’m extremely disappointed with this company.If it wasn’t for that I would have loved this bistro set. It looks to be very sturdy and I’m happy with the color.

This is a terrible set and I wouldn’t recommend. I purchased in January and the finish is already chipping and rusted from sitting on my covered apartment balcony. I’m in Arizona and have sat at it only 2 times. The table was defective and has been wobbly since I assembled it. One of the legs is shorter. The metal is a nice weight and the color is very vibrant but overall I would not recommend.

I was pleased with the look and material of this table. It seems sturdy and durable. The frustrating thing that drops the rating is that I am missing foot glider for a chair. I called the replacement part phone number, and it was disconnected. I went to the website, and it does not exist. I contacted the instagram page, no response. And there is no way to contact seller here on amazon. All I am needing is a small, specific part and I cannot get it. Without it, I have a brand new but very wobbly chair.

I was worried about parts not fitting together based on the reviews but that wasn't the proble.1. It doesn't have balance, it wobbles cause one leg is shorter on both table and chairs2. Tools are useless, tools are not sturdy at all it stretches out after screwing a few. I had to borroq a right tool from a friend.3. Paint comes off when you put together.4. Packaging is way too much. But still there was a few dents and dirty spots.I wouldn't complain if this was under 100 dollars. But i don't recommend anyone spending this much money on this low quality.

Pardon the darkness, the set was a birthday gift for my mom and we started setting it up late afternoon so it was getting dark when we finished and I added some solar string lights to the bottom. It’s a very cute set, pretty sturdy, it’s been outside a few months now and still intact. We did add some seat Cushions because it does get cold/hot. I don’t have a single bad thing to say about it

was sent 3 back legs and one front leg for one chair and didn’t realize (since nothing is labeled) until after putting everything else together. the website to order the one missing part is a joke. honestly, the cost for this product is absolutely ridiculous for it not to include correct parts. now i have to take everything apart and return because the hassle of ordering from their “model search” system is confusing & seems like it wouldn’t be correct anyway!i would’ve loved and rated 5 stars if this had all correct pieces but i will return and purchase a different set and brand - never again novogratz

Believe all of the reviews that mention the pieces not fitting together, it happened to me too. One of my chair backs was very obviously not aligned to the seat. It's a shame because it's a cute set, but neither Novogratz nor the manufacturer was willing to help me replace the 1 defective part.

I bought this in teal a few months ago. It's beautiful but the chairs are super uncomfortable even with cushions. Super cute though but it has already rusted in spots! I just got it and we're ina drought! I'll repaint it when the time comes. I think the structure has many many years left. Rust and comfort are the cons. Adorable color and stable table are the pros.
