I have really thick thighs and normally I ended up using those really painful thin rubber type bands during exercise and end up bruised. At some point, I just decided that it was too painful and I was not into the hassle. These bands are so comfortable and the workout that I get even on the starting band is amazing. I recommend these to anyone that wants to work out and activate the glutes (it also makes you tighten and pull through your core) that hates those thin rubber bands. I have had them a while now and they are still working perfectly.

These resistance bands work great! I really like that you receive 3 different sizes of resistance bands. The yellow is the longest and I found worked best for floor exercises, the purple is medium length and great for most exercises if unsure which to choose, and the pink is the shortest and perfect for squatting or seated exercises. Good quality material and the exercises in the pamphlet are really useful for beginners. If you use these bands 3 times a week, you will grow a booty!

These bands are definitely sturdier than conventional bands which always end up snapping. However, the are also much less flexible. The yellow band is for instance too wide so that when around the ankles, one needs to have the feet apart already quite a bit so that it just does not fall off.Returning and going back to standard but more flexible bands.

Came quick but it is sooooo stiff not sure how I will be able to use it and 2 came with defects. One is bursting while the next has 2 burst which sticks out.UPDATE. Customer service is awesome with this seller, they quickly contacted me, and resend another package for me, hence why Im chaging my review. And this set is good

The media could not be loaded.  Great resistance band! As a bonus, my cat Kami.the.bengal loves them. They are well built and can withstand a lot of abuse including cat scratches. I have been using them to work out and find the variety in choice between the three types to be very useful! Very happy with the colors too

So glad I order these months ago, now I am really putting in work with them, since the pandemic of Cova 19 has cause many business and gyms to close down. I am not a celebrate who can rent out a gym privately for my own personal usage. and dumbells are hard to find online to order. so this is amazing to have in my gym bag and my old school works is excellent .

Just received these in the mail today & im loving them already! I needed a good resistance band and those rubber ones aren’t so good. I came across these and they’re really sturdy and good for intense workouts ! Currently working on building my lower body area and these really help!!
