This is a really nice looking set. It comes in a nice stylish black box with the Aya logo on it.The contents are of a nice quality.The knife is extremely sharp though it lacks any markings on the blade stating what metal it is made of.How long the sharp edge of the blade will last is another question? The handle is just a moulded plain black plastic, but it feels nice in the hand. It would have looked better if it was made of wood.The fibreglass chopsticks have a nice feel to them, and don't slip when held.The Downside:What let's this set down is the lack of the Ayo logo on some of the item's. I feel that having their logo on them would really add a touch of class to this set? As it stands the tools have that cheap Market Stall look to them. Which is a real shame!I hope Ayo take this into account?I only purchased this set as I am just starting out making Sushi, and I was lucky enough to have got this at a offer price of £9.95 instead of the full price of £19.95.Honestly! If the contents looked as fancy as the box, I certainly would have paid £20+ for this set.As this set stands. Would I buy it again or as a gift for someone, knowing how cheap the contents look?No!Would I if it had the Aya logo on the contents?Definitely!

Lovely packaging in cellophane and nice box. Inside is a gift bag with everything you need individually packaged and all good quality. Made a great low cost gift that looked expensive and can all be stored in the bag. Works really well and the videos online are perfect

Un excellent kit à sushi pour préparer chez soi, comprenant des cuillères à riz en bois très pratiques, 2 rouleaux en bambou pour façonner de superbes sushis, ainsi qu'un couteau à sushi que je vous recommande fortement d'affûter avant utilisation. Il est accompagné d'un super étui de rangement. Cet ensemble est vraiment au top et je vous le recommande vivement.
