Not great.
On my second order as I find it’s hard to see consistent results in 28 days and I have not noticed much of a difference. I eat pretty healthy for the most part and exercise regularly. I still feel I need coffee after the morning boost and honestly almost feel more hungry after drinking it. The night cleanse is fine but you could also just take a laxative for the same effect.

Love SM teas and now I love the gummie supplements
I have used the Skinny Mint products in the last back when there was only tea for morning and night detox ... I tried these gummies in conjunction with the teas and I love them. My only regret is not purchasing directly on SM website where they would have given me the TRIO pack to sample the other products ....the bang for buck seems greater direct. Otherwise no complaints !! Looking forward to re stocking for next month once ready.

It is an ok product. I have not seen any difference in my weight and o take them religiously and have been following a decent diet. So I dont know if they work.
