It delivers on its basic promise of providing pure creatine, and there's no issue with the taste—it's practically tasteless, which is appreciated.However, the mixability is a concern. It doesn’t dissolve well in water or other liquids, leaving clumps that can be unpleasant to consume. If not mixed properly, it seems to cause a bloating effect and can lead to gas in the stomach, which makes it uncomfortable for regular use.While it's affordable and does the job for muscle recovery and strength improvement, the poor solubility and potential stomach issues might be a dealbreaker for some users. If you don’t mind putting in extra effort to mix it thoroughly, it could work for you. Otherwise, there might be better options available in the market.

Consistency is not there into this product , will recommend to opt for others good company (GNC , ON) Mixability is the issue , and sand like white particles are seen, when discussed with customer care they said it’s natural but consuming sand is not at all healthy.
