Individual packets that are easy to transport and mix. Flavors are beyond the basic flavors offered elsewhere. We used this product during a 21 day camping trip and because of the five flavors, we were never bored. Definitely helped keep us hydrated.

The company reached out to provide a full refund, so I have bumped up the rating. Hopefully they reformulate this product to be fully soluble (likely be removing either the calcium or the phosphate).This product was lower cost than other creatine supplements and it includes electrolytes? It sounded like a deal too good to pass. But now I see, some of the electrolytes are not soluble and result in a chalky suspension that is a bit difficult to drink. From now on, I will stick with pure creatine monohydrate and then add Lite Salt or No Salt from the grocery store if I want electrolytes.
