I really liked this product until the pin that held it together fell out and rendered it useless. I would like to replace this opener but will look for one that is more durable.

Was expecting great things as I have arthritis in both hands. The gripper did not come with directions, so had to go to Amazon to look at them. Small blade did not work, and as I said no instructions so made the trial not worth the trouble.Mary C. Campbell

Clever device, but as with so many other reviewers, mine arrived without instructions. I was able to (finally) figure out the very poor quality photos On the box to see how each of the 6 openers works. Opened a soft plastic package with ease, but I have my doubts about harder plastic bubble packaging. It also worked on a particularly difficult lid for a new jar of olives, so everything else remains to be seen. Seems a little flimsy, though, and I don’t hold out hope of it holding together for very long. I definitely would not recommend this as a gift.

This bottle opener is a Godsend! My 70 yr old hands are not as strong as they used to be. Gripping screw-off bottle caps can be difficult to almost impossible for me. This handy, dandy little device works GREAT! This is actually my second time purchasing this product. I loved my first one until I broke it trying to wrench off an olive oil bottle top. The break was totally my fault. I wasn't using the opener properly. I promptly reordered and am being careful to use my new opener the right way. I recommend this bottle opener for anyone with limited gripping strength.

Love these so much I gave them as Christmas Gifts with our Christmas Cards this year to almost every one we know. So handy. I recommend this for every military spouse on the planet or anyone really who struggles getting the lid off jars or bottles!

Cheaply made, doesn't last long. It was hard to use it for jars, never worked for opening chip bags, and the other features are easily available in other tools that last a long time for less money.

I’ll have to watch and save the video in order to use this correctly. I wish it came with aInstruction sheet. It look like it should solve some opening problems. I haven’t had the occasion to use it yet.

I gave this to my 94 year old mom as a gift. She can use it because it's light weight and works well for opening soda water bottles. I didn't think the bag slicer was that sharp.
