Good quality, use a wire cutter to adjust size.
Good quality, well made. The instructions say to cut the jump rope to your size. There is metal in the middle of the cord, you will need wire cutters to slice through or a lot of determination with scissors. It feels smooth while using. Would purchase again.

Worth It
I am giving this item 4 stars simply because it's a little difficult to change the length of the rope. I love the weight of the jumprope as well as the color of the rope. For the price that I paid, I would say that it was worth it.

Not for beginners
Not the best for beginners, super light and if you aren't used to jump rope it's gonna be pretty dang hard to get these to work.. I do like that they're adjustable though.

The handle unscrews when you jump rope.
I bought this 33 days ago and have used it many times. On day 1 when you jump rope, the screw loosens and the handle will come off. I would just screw it back on. Now I lost the handle and it's too late to return.
