Honestly, much smaller than expected (maybe I didn't read the measurements). This would fit better on a small closet door than on the back of a full size door. It does seem durable thus far.

I would give it zero stars if I could. This item is a knock off. The one in their picture is oil rubbed bronze (one received is black) & the pattern is different, not to mention the greatly decreased quality. I purchased one of these from a different vendor about a year ago & I liked it so much I decided to buy another, but they are nothing like each other. This one will not even hang over the door.

This door hanger is suitable for smaller doors - like a closet door. It can take quite a bit of weight but not as much as the really sturdy door hangers from home improvement stores. This is more decorative and can be used to hang apparel, purses scarves, and in-room use.It's black in color and made of metal. The over the door hooks are meant for newer thinner doors so they won't fit over old-fashioned thick doors. It's about 1 ft wide, so if you're looking for a bigger and sturdier hook for heavy jackets and other stuff it's probably not the right one. It does NOT have a bronze finish, just painted black metal.
