Works as expected
Simple/Easy to use For non-touch. Does wat you need it to do. All features mentioned work Perfectly.Good battery life. Easy to navigate the menus.Nice phone at a good price.

poor quality
in a nutshell- poor quality, cheap construction. I bought this phone for my 78 year old dad. Had it less than a year and monitor light dims down, blinks/flutters, then it just stopped charging, no longer works. Furthermore, it's not easy to enter letters/numbers for contacts or punctuation and forget texting with it!! It also does not come with good instructions/manual for use and programming. My dad was not able to add new contacts or numbers on his own. Overall bad, cheap feel to it, and poor phone quality. very disappointed. :(
