Very Nice So Far. Power Cord is on the Right Side When Mounted.
I just installed this. It would have been nice to have a wall hole template. Since the holes are on the back of the unit, it's hard to judge. Instructions are a joke. Parts are shown so small you can't tell what is what and even what direction the parts are supposed to go. I just had to figure it out.Bought this to replace a ground stand unit which was too short for our new, long bath towels. It gets hot, almost too hot to touch, but I like that to dry the towels and remove any germs and bacteria, especially in the winter. (San Diego area here.)Unit draws 114 watts, so it will draw an amp about every 8.5 hours. Please note that in Picture 6, where it shows all of the items with the power cord on the left, when you mount it on the wall, it will be on the right. I had wanted it on the left as that's where my power supply is.I will install with a ZWave timer.

Perfect for small spaces
The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a small towel warmer that can be mounted on the wall in a small bathroom and this is perfect. I have a small apartment with a small bathroom that gets pretty cold in the winter and this is great. It takes a while to turn on but I used a smart plug to schedule it to turn on 30 minutes before my shower and it's perfect. It's also great because I was so worried that it would be dangerous for children but it does not get too hot even if left on for hours. It was very simple to install even though the instructions weren't perefct, I didn't need then or even need to use the anchors.

Good product
I plugged this in to an amazon Alexa plug to be able to control on/off by timer and voice/phone. It has worked great. It takes about 20-30 min to warm a towel. For our larger towels it doesn’t warm evenly but it still feels good.We bought it to dry and prevent smelly towels and it has been 100% effective. We leave them on warmer for about 2 hrs (not sure if it can be shorter) and no more smell. I’m now using a towel for 3-5 days and changing to a fresh towel out of preference and not because it smells musky.

Well built and attractive.
I mounted it on the wall next to the shower and used a timer on the cord to save energy as well as wear and tear. Assembly was very easy (but it helps to read the instructions to see how best to do it. They're good ones). I measured everything twice before drilling pilot holes for the anchors. With the timer in place, the only time I'll need the power switch on the top of the right side is when turning it off for extended vacations. My wife really likes the appearance and the convenience......

Horrible product does not heat the towels a bit
Number one problem it does not heat the towels. It’s properly installed that I know for certain. You can actually hold the bars with your bare hands and feel almost 0 heat. Through the years I’ve owned at least five of these, not this particular brand, this one is by far the worst. It’s only been installed for two months. In the beginning it heated a little bit and now you just can’t tell any difference at all.Hey on me it appears it has zero in the way of warranty. I would avoid this one like the plague

Update
Well I had a friend check this thing out and turns out the switch light doesn't work, but the warmer does eventually get hot. Although agree with another reviewer that it takes about 3 hours to warm a towel andnot really warm enough. Oh well, guess I will have to consider a hard wired unit if I buy another one.

Bought this after a trip to Europe
I first ran into heated towel racks in bathrooms in Germany. My bathroom in my apartment in the states has no heating vent and also has a window, and I have found it gets REALLY cold. I looked for a wall mounted towel rack under 200 dollars and decided on this one after reading the reviews.I REALLY love having it... it doesn't heat the bathroom to a toasty temperature, really, but it makes it comfortable and I no longer feel like I'm walking out my front door into the cold when I enter my bathroom. I drape my towel on it, unfolded, after I shower and the heat dries the towel out. That's SUPER nice because I don't have to deal with everything feeling or smelling musty due to a lack of vent in my bathroom. Some things a purchaser should know: the distance between the mounting holes are not as wide as a standard towel bar. This meant that when I went to replace my towel rack, I was left with some extra holes b/c I couldn't just line everything up with the existing holes. Not an issue if you have some drywall putty and stuff! Some people say it's too hot to the touch and to that I would say: it's as hot as a hot water radiator. Just be careful not to grab it and you should be fine.Mine is plugged into a timed outlet, which gives me some peace of mind. I can leave it alone and leave my apartment to go to work in the morning knowing the timer will shut it off mid morning, after my towel is dry.I highly recommend this product!

Works great! Looks great
Works great! Looks great. I installed it as hardwired. But it came with a plug-in, just need to cut the plug out. There is extra feet and a wall plate so you can hide the wire if you want to hardwire
